Senior AI Solutions Architect (GenAI & Enterprise AI Adoption) Brussels, Belgium (Hybrid – 2 days/week in office) English-speaking environment We are looking for a Senior AI Solutions Architect to lead the adoption and implementation of AI solutions across a large retail organization. This is a highly visible role that combines technical leadership, architecture design, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration. You will work closely with business leaders, product teams, data specialists, and engineers to identify high-value AI opportunities and translate them into scalable, enterprise-grade solutions that deliver measurable business impact. Define and drive the company's AI architecture strategy and roadmap. Lead the design and implementation of Generative AI and advanced analytics solutions. Guide multidisciplinary teams through solution delivery from concept to production. Support change management and AI adoption initiatives throughout the organization. Mentor engineers, architects, and project teams on AI technologies and implementation approaches. Proven experience in a senior AI, data, solution architecture, or technology leadership role. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing decision-makers. Data architecture and modern data platforms Front-end application development experience Knowledge of modern cloud-native architectures Modern technology environment focused on innovation and AI transformation. International and collaborative working environment.
