In this strategic role, you will focus on identifying, attracting, and hiring highly specialised and senior-level engineering professionals. You will recruit experienced technical experts and project leaders, supporting critical business operations across a global landscape.

Key Responsibilitie

• sLead end-to-end recruitment processes for senior and highly specialised technical profiles
• .Proactively source and headhunt top-tier engineering talent through advanced sourcing strategies
• .Build and maintain talent pipelines for niche expert and project management positions
• .Partner closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to translate business needs into effective recruitment plans
• .Develop targeted sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill engineering roles
• .Provide market intelligence, salary benchmarking, and competitor insights
• .Conduct detailed market mapping of target organisations, reporting structures, and talent networks
• .Track recruitment activity and provide regular reporting on market trends, talent availability, and engagement outcomes
• .Support employer branding initiatives aimed at attracting highly skilled professionals
