Specialist Payroll and Reconciliations Officer


As a Senior Payroll  Specialist at Legend Biotech, you will play a vital role in ensuring operational excellence and supporting our employees. Working closely with HR and other departments, you will oversee payroll activities, manage compliance, and contribute to a superior employee experience. Payroll and administration: You will oversee personnel administration, ensuring data accuracy in all HR systems. You will manage time and attendance systems, resolve issues, and process payroll accurately and on time. You will act as the main contact for payroll, social law, and time registration inquiries. You will monitor and integrate updates in social, fiscal, and labor law into payroll activities. Your role includes participating in audits, improving workflows, and ensuring compliance with all standards.   Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in payroll or HR administration At least 6years of experience in payroll, preferably in a production environment Languages ~ Fluent in Dutch and English, enabling clear communication across teams. In-depth knowledge of Belgian social and labor legislation Familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is essential. Knowledge of payroll systems (Ex.
