Position Overview:

As the Sales Manager for France, you will play a critical role in driving Sailun’s strategic growth and development in one of our most important European markets. You will drive the implementation of the established French market strategy, ensuring structured execution and identifying opportunities for refinement in alignment with broader European direction. This role requires strong B2B leadership, commercial discipline, and the ability to build structured, long-term partnerships with distributors and key accounts. You will help drive market priorities, strengthen our position across various segments, and work closely with European and technical teams to support sustainable growth. You will also engage deeply with customers and ensure our brand, product, and execution standards are elevated throughout the French market. The ideal candidate brings strong commercial acumen, partner management capabilities, and a modern, structured approach to market development.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Leadership & Strategy

  • Oversee and launch the French market strategy, ensuring structured execution and alignment with Sailun´s European direction.
  • Contribute to the execution and enhancement of our growth strategy in France, ensuring clear prioritization and disciplined commercial actions.
  • Implement a segmented go-to-market approach for our products.
  • Provide market insights, identify opportunities, and support strategic commercial decision-making

Distributor & Partner Management

  • Manage and develop strategic distribution partners, ensuring alignment on performance, standards, and long-term value creation.
  • Strengthen partnership discipline across pricing, margin, product mix, and brand positioning.
  • Support partners with training, commercial tools, and field engagement.

Customer & Field Engagement

  • Build relationships with end users including quarries, construction groups, agricultural structures, and industrial fleets.
  • Maintain strong in-field presence and gather ongoing market intelligence.
  • Deliver professional business proposals, presentations, and commercial plans to partners and customers.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with European leadership, technical support, OE and engineering teams on product, testing, marketing, and development needs.
  • Support the introduction of new products, range expansions, and promotional programs.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the tyre or similar industry with a demonstrated record of success.
  • Strong background in partner and distributor management, with experience in structured commercial execution, account management, and long-cycle business development.
  • Fluent French and English .
  • Strong strategic planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
