Computer System Validation Lead

I have a lucrative job opportunity with a global leading pharmaceutical company who are looking for a CSV & Data Integrity Squad Lead . This position is based on one fastest growing pharmaceutical sites across Europe , and across the next few months the manager is looking to bring in more CSV engineers to line into this Squad Lead position.

This role is based in Geel, Belgium and involves leading CSV & DI initiatives across manufacturing systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and mentoring local process owners. The position requires 80% on-site presence and offers a high-impact platform for someone with strong leadership and technical expertise.

The ideal candidate would have:

• 8-10 years experience in computer system validation and data integrity within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with systems like DeltaV, PI, PCS7,PLC, SCADA and alarm management practices
• Strong knowledge of FDA and EMA requirements, with hands-on experience in risk-based validation
• Excellent project management, change management, and team leadership skills
• Fluency in English (Dutch is a plus)
