For a client in Brussles, we are looking for a Senior Test Analyst / Test Automation Engineer to support the redevelopment of a strategic internal application.This is a full-time assignment running at least until the end of 2026, with a possible extension into 2027.ResponsibilitiesDefine, prepare, execute and document functional, integration and system validation tests.Design and maintain test scenarios and test cases.Ensure application compliance, robustness, reliability and quality.Manage test plans and test execution using Azure DevOps Test Plans.Analyze test results and prepare test reports.Follow up defects and support their resolution.Contribute to test automation activities and quality improvement initiatives.Collaborate closely with analysts, developers and business stakeholders.Required Skills & ExperienceLanguagesDutch or French: C1 level (proficient)English: B2 level (reading, writing and understanding)CertificationsHolder of at least one ISTQB Advanced Level certification:Test Analyst, orTechnical Test Analyst, orTest ManagerCertified Test Automation Engineer (ISTQB) or equivalent/higher certification is considered a strong asset.Technical Experience10+ years of experience in:Functional testingIntegration testingSystem validation testingProven experience defining, executing and documenting test scenarios for software applications.Strong experience ensuring the compliance, robustness and reliability of software platforms and applications.5+ years of experience using Azure DevOps Test Plans to:Create and manage test plansExecute test campaignsAnalyze and report test resultsExperience with test automation frameworks and methodologies.ProfileStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Detail-oriented with a quality-driven mindset.Excellent communication and documentation abilities. xdkqlui Able to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
