We offer exciting internship opportunities for ambitious students who want to gain hands-on experience.You will be part of a dynamic recruitment team based in Zaventem, consisting of 3 campus recruiters and 5 senior recruiters. Together, we manage both hard and soft HR processes in-house, giving you the unique opportunity to gain valuable insights into the full recruitment cycle, from employer branding to candidate onboarding.What will you be doing?During your internship at BDO, you will take on a varied and hands-on role, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in recruitment and HR. You will actively contribute to the team, work on various projects, and be encouraged to share your own ideas and suggestions.We provide close guidance and ensure that your internship experience is tailored to your interests and learning objectives, so you can make the most out of your time with us.Key responsibilities include:Writing and publishing engaging job descriptions on various platforms (LinkedIn, BDO Website,…), with attention to employer branding and candidate attractionActively sourcing candidates through multiple recruitment channels to find the best candidates (e.G., LinkedIn and other tools), while learning how to identify and approach talent in a competitive labour marketScreening incoming CVs and identifying potential matchesScheduling and participating in interviews, with the opportunity to conduct interviews yourselfSupporting ongoing HR and recruitment projects (e.G., assessment evaluations, market research on recruitment tools, talent insights, etc.)Assisting the recruitment team with administrative tasks (e.G., Excel work, reporting, logistical preparations, etc.)What do you bring to the table?You are proactive, enthusiastic, and a true team playerYou are eager to learn and quickly pick up new tasks and toolsYou speak Dutch or French fluently and have a good command of English; being trilingual is a strong assetYou can easily commute to our office in Zaventem, and occasional travel to other offices is not an issue for youWhat can you expect from us?A stimulating and educational internship experience, tailored to your learning goalsA flexible schedule (3 to 5 days per week), with a minimum duration of 4 weeksThe opportunity to work partly from homeA daily allowance of €10 as a token of appreciation for your effortsFull reimbursement of commuting expenses on your internship daysComplimentary coffee, tea, soft drinks, and fresh fruit to keep you energized throughout the day
