We are looking for a driven Business Development Manager to fuel the growth in the Belgian market.
You will identify, pursue, and win new business (both cross/up sales within exixitsng accounts and new logos) across Belgium by positioning our expertise in Cloud-native Modern Software Development/Transformation & Platform Automation Engineering.
WHAT YOU'LL BE SELLING
• Software Modernization & AI-native Engineering — partnering with CIOs, CTOs, and Heads of Engineering to redefine how their organizations build and deliver digital products at scale.
• Platform & Hybrid Cloud — promoting developer-friendly, automated platforms built on Red Hat OpenShift and Ansible Automation Platform, enabling clients to deliver software faster, safer, and at scale across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
You won't be selling infrastructure components. You'll be selling speed, reliability, and competitive advantage.
• Proven track record in sales within IT services and/or consulting
• Experienced in complex full-cycle B2B sales
• Skilled at navigating complex organizations and reaching real budget-holders
• Consultative seller: able to challenge a client's thinking and position yourself as a strategic partner
• Fluent in French, Dutch, and English (mandatory)
• Self-starter with a \"closer\" mentality and appetite for long-cycle enterprise deals
• Open for both Employe and freealance status. Attractive base salary + performance-driven commission
