ICT Business Analyst – Consultant (Senior) Ghent & Brussels, Belgium Start Date: ASAP OverviewWe are seeking a Senior ICT Business Analyst to support business and digital transformation initiatives within a dynamic, government-related environment. You will play a key role in bridging business needs with ICT solutions, working in an Agile setting to optimize processes and deliver high-impact results. Key Responsibilities Analyze business operations and translate needs into ICT solutionsDevelop and optimize business processes using BPM methodologiesManage and engage with stakeholders across multiple levelsContribute to project management activities including planning, coordination, and estimationWork within Agile/Scrum teams to deliver scalable and efficient solutionsSupport and improve systems, including Salesforce-based environments Requirements Minimum 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst (Senior level)Strong background in business operations within ICT environmentsProven experience with Agile methodologiesHands-on experience with Salesforce (minimum 5 years)Experience in business process optimization (BPM)Strong stakeholder management skillsSolid understanding of project management principles (cost, timing, planning, coordination)Dutch language proficiency at C2 level (mandatory) Nice to Have Experience within government or public sector environmentsKnowledge of BPMN and UMLFamiliarity with Scrum and SharePointExperience in civic integration projects Additional Details Full-time role (100%)Hybrid working model (remote work possible)Contract until July 2027 If you are a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and experience in ICT-driven business transformation, this opportunity offers a challenging and rewarding environment.
