As part of our activities in Brussels and Wallonia, we are looking for a passionate, proactive, and results-oriented Business Manager to strengthen our team and support the growth of our team of consultants.Your RoleAs a Business Manager, you are at the heart of the agency’s growth. Your mission: to grow your business, build your team, and provide ongoing support to your consultants. Your responsibilities focus on three key areas:1. Business DevelopmentYou actively contribute to the agency’s growth within industrial sector:Identify and develop new business opportunitiesProspect for and opening new accountsMeet with industry stakeholders and understand their technical challengesDevelop tailored service offeringsNegotiate and close contractsBuild lasting partnerships2. RecruitmentYou are responsible for building your own team of consultants:Identify and approach engineering candidatesConduct job interviewsAssess technical skills and personal potentialSelect the candidates best suited to client needs3. Consultant ManagementYou support your consultants throughout their career:Provide regular, personalized supportSupport their professional developmentEnsure their satisfaction and that of clientsAnticipate changes in assignments and opportunitiesEnsure the profitability and sustainability of your businessYour ProfileWith a master’s degree in engineering, you possess excellent interpersonal skills, high energy, and a strong sense of responsibility.You identify with the following qualities:A passion for business development and taking on challengesThe ability to persuade and build relationshipsAn entrepreneurial spirit and a sense of initiativeResilience and a results-oriented mindsetA desire to actively contribute to the development of a growing organizationYou are fluent in French and English.
