We provide support to private and public clients in form of interest representation towards EU institutions and the wider Brussels stakeholder groups. This includes policy analysis and the assessment of the expected impact on business and regulatory environments for actors mainly from the energy and industry sectors, as well as public affairs, communication and project development. We are pleased to receive applications for the following vacancy: EU Public Affairs and Legal Interns in Brussels Your mission To support our Brussels Team, we are now seeking talented and motivated candidates to join for a six-month paid internship and support our work streams on policy-making, legal and regulatory analysis, project development and implementation as well as consultancy services we provide to private and public sector entities. Priority topics include European energy, climate, environmental, digital and other related policy fields. In terms of communication, interns are expected to substantially contribute to our social media work. Main tasks include: Research and draft background legal and policy briefsMonitoring EU energy and climate policy legislation, initiatives and adaptation and implementation at Member State levelInput to publications such as reports and studies (including data research, consultancy reviews, etc.) Organisation and preparation of meetings and events both online and in live formats, including presentations, meeting minutesAttending and reporting from official events (EP committee meetings, Commission conferences, hearings and workshops) Implementation of EU projects, with emphasis on activities that include policy advice, communication, dissemination Screening of EU and national funding opportunities, as well as the contributing to tenders and project proposalsCommunication activities and campaigns, especially via social media channels such as X and LinkedIn Your profile EU national or work permit holder as the internship is in Brussels, BelgiumA Master's degree in law or any other relevant disciplineExperience and skills in communications and social media campaigns and management of social media tools (LinkedIn, X, website, etc.)A good understanding of EU policy-making processes and EU energy policiesVery strong English written and verbal communication skillsCommunication skills in German (spoken and written) are an assetStrong research abilities, analytical skills and writing skills, including the ability to summarise issues quickly and accuratelyAbility to work in a team, whilst at the same time carrying out own tasks independently and to agreed deadlinesApplicationsPlease apply online by sending your CV (maximum two pages) and motivation letter latest by the end of Sunday, 07 June 2026.
