About the Role Join NISH Tech BV as an Full Stack Developer ( Python/React) in Belgium! Are you passionate about building modern AI-driven applications and scalable cloud-native solutions? NISH Tech BV is looking for a talented developer with expertise in Python backend development, AI agent technologies, and modern frontend frameworks to join our growing technology team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on innovative enterprise solutions involving AI agents, LLMs, cloud-native architectures, and microservices in a collaborative Agile environment. Job Location Brussels, Belgium Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Python and FastAPI Build AI-driven applications using LLM technologies and modern AI frameworks Develop and integrate AI agents, RAG databases, MCP/A2A architectures, and automation workflows Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms (OAuth, SAML, Entra ID, etc.) Work with messaging and queueing technologies such as RabbitMQ Develop responsive frontend applications using React, JavaScript, and CSS Contribute to MicroFrontend architecture using NX Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes deployments, and cloud-native solutions Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute proactively to technical discussions Ensure clean, maintainable, and high-quality code delivery ✅ Required Technical Skills Backend Python FastAPI API & Service Development SQLAlchemy SQL Server / PostgreSQL RabbitMQ or messaging systems Pytest Security technologies: OAuth, SAML, Entra ID AI & Modern Technologies AI Agent Creation Large Language Models (LLMs) MCP / A2A RAG Databases LangChain / LangGraph Microsoft Copilot knowledge is a plus DevOps & Cloud Kubernetes & containerization CI/CD pipelines Azure DevOps ArgoCD Frontend React JavaScript CSS NX for MicroFrontend architecture Nice to Have Microservices architecture experience Cloud-native development exposure Enterprise integration experience Soft Skills Strong communication and collaboration skills Team-oriented mindset Accountability and ownership of tasks Proactive attitude with problem-solving capabilities Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Language Requirements Good level of: Dutch and/or French English Why Join NISH Tech BV?
