Within the GEMS Business Engagement team , we are looking for a Communication Responsible to temporarily strengthen our team, supporting the GEMS roll-out across several Product Companies. This is a temporary role , currently expected to run until the end of 2026 , covering a maternity leave.

The GEMS program is rolling out a global template to Product Companies, enabling optimized processes, systems, data structures, and ways of working. In this role, you will be at the heart of how this journey is communicated.

Your role

You will work closely with the GEMS roll-out team (Roll-out managers, Business Process Managers and Experts), as well as Local Leads and communication responsibles in the Product Companies.

Your focus will be on driving, executing, and enhancing communication activities for the ongoing roll-outs in China, Italy, Spain, and the UK .

Your responsibilities include:

• Creating and maintaining communication plans for the roll-out
• Leading communication meetings with Product Company teams
• Coordinating and creating monthly newsletters
• Preparing and coordinating communication packs
• Managing communication around key project milestones
• Creating specific communication materials (e.g. Sway, videos, surveys)
• Supporting the GEMS team with Atlas Copco branding knowledge

You bring:

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to adapt your message to different audiences
• Good coordination skills and a proactive approach to planning and follow-up
• Positive energy and a willingness to contribute ideas and enhance existing communication approaches
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Comfort with office tools such as PowerPoint, Copilot, SharePoint and Forms
