Senior Financial Controller – Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the daily activities of a finance team of 4 people while reporting directly to the CFO
• Deliver and present financial analyses, KPIs, forecasts, and performance reports to support strategic decisions
• Drive monthly closings, budgeting processes, cost analyses, and profitability monitoring within a production environment
• Act as a true business partner for operational departments by providing financial insights and supporting pricing decisions
• Contribute to process optimization, audits, and continuous improvement projects to strengthen financial performance

Senior Financial Controller – Your Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance with a first solid experience in controlling
• (Candidates coming only from audit should have at least 6 years of total experience)
• Mandatory experience within a production / industrial environment (manufacturing, automotive, industrial sector, etc.)
• Fluent in French with a good command of English (German is considered an asset)
