Role Overview
Looking for a Support Engineer to maintain and support the MobiScout fleet & dispatch platform , ensuring high system availability, operational continuity, and efficient issue handling.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L1/L2 support for MobiScout dispatching and fleet management systems.
- Monitor system performance, server health, and communication modules.
- Troubleshoot GPS/AVL units, communication interfaces, and backend services.
- Handle incidents, service tickets, and operational escalations.
- Perform system checks, log review, and error diagnostics.
- Coordinate with development teams for patch deployment and bug fixing.
- Support integration between MobiScout and external systems (APIs, sensors).
- Assist field teams with configuration, installation, and device troubleshooting.
Required Skills
- Experience with MobiScout / fleet management / dispatch systems.
- Strong understanding of telematics, GPS, communication protocols.
- Knowledge of networking, Linux, SQL, APIs, and system monitoring tools.
- Hands-on troubleshooting for devices, connectivity, and backend issues.
- Experience in transportation, dispatch, or mobility tech environments.
