The Automation Engineer will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing automated solutions to enhance productivity and quality across various departments within the organization. Working closely with other verticals in the team, the Automation Engineer will identify opportunities for automation, design robust systems, and deploy scalable solutions to optimize workflows and make the solutions as user-friendly as possible. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with Orion team members to identify areas for automation and understand the requirements for our machine. Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using industry-leading tools and technologies. Develop and maintain automation frameworks, scripts, and workflows for testing, deployment, and monitoring purposes. Always have the customer in mind when developing new processes, UI & UX are important for every development. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for automation systems and processes. Document technical specifications, procedures, and best practices for automation projects. Stay current with emerging automation trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve processes and drive innovation. Participate in project planning, estimation, and resource allocation activities as needed. Qualifications Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Strong understanding of automation frameworks and tools (preferably Twincat). Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Proficient in spoken and written English. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse team members.
