Today, we're looking for a Production Execution System Support Specialist to provide functional support on manufacturing execution and business process systems within a production environment in the Walloon Brabant, in Belgium .

Reporting into a Business Process and Data Management team, you'll be the go-to person ensuring systems are used correctly, data flows reliably, and production teams are fully supported in their day-to-day operations.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide functional support on Production Execution Systems used in a GMP manufacturing environment
• Act as the key interface between production end-users and the Business Process & Data Management team
• Troubleshoot system incidents, coordinate resolution and ensure minimal disruption to manufacturing operations
• Support business process improvements and system enhancements — from requirements gathering through to testing and deployment
• Ensure data quality, consistency and traceability across production systems
• Contribute to change management activities — impact assessments, user acceptance testing and documentation
• Participate in validation activities related to system changes, in line with GMP and GAMP 5 requirements
• Train and support end users across production and operations teams
• Liaise with IT, supply chain, quality and engineering stakeholders to ensure system alignment and performance.

Your Profile

• You have a solid experience in functional support or business process management in a pharmaceutical, biotech or vaccines manufacturing environment
• You understand GMP principles and their application to production systems and data management
• You are familiar with SAP in a manufacturing or supply chain context
• You understand production execution workflows, batch management and manufacturing data flows
• Analytical mindset — you are able to identify root causes, structure problems and propose pragmatic solutions
• Strong interpersonal skills — you bridge the gap between technical teams and operational end-users with ease
• You feel comfortable managing multiple topics simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-standards environment
• An experience with ERP/MES integration or electronic batch records is a genuine asset
• Familiarity with GAMP 5 and 21 CFR Part 11 frameworks is a strong plus
• You are fluent in both French and English.
