Responsibilities

In this role, you provide expert-level support on environmental dynamics and structural comfort challenges across a range of projects in the building, infrastructure, and environmental sectors. You take ownership of the full technical cycle — from field assessments to modelling, reporting, and solution design — working in close collaboration with clients and internal teams. The role requires both strong analytical skills and a pragmatic, client-oriented mindset.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out on-site measurements and technical assessments
• Analyse and report measured data in accordance with applicable standards and regulations
• Model and simulate environmental and structural phenomena in both open and built environments
• Identify and develop optimal technical solutions in collaboration with the client
• Monitor project budgets, timelines, and quality deliverables
• Apply quality management systems and comply with HSE rules at all times

Profile

• You hold a Master's degree in engineering — civil, electromechanical, or equivalent
• You have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in technical analysis and modelling within the building, infrastructure, or environmental sectors — experience in industry or complex facilities is a plus
• You are proficient in advanced specialised software for simulation and analysis, with solid capabilities in numerical modelling and data interpretation
• Your French and Dutch are excellent; your English is at a good professional level
• You are dynamic, autonomous, and capable of tackling complex technical problems with creative, out-of-the-box thinking
• You communicate with clarity and ease, and build strong working relationships with clients and colleagues alike
