As an Purchase to Pay Specialist , you will be responsible for the end‑to‑end management of all financial transactions with our suppliers. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial processing while maintaining strong and professional supplier relationships.

Your responsibilities

• Managing accounts payable processes from A to Z
• Processing and booking incoming supplier invoices
• Following up on invoice approvals
• Executing timely and accurate payments
• Monitoring supplier balances
• Handling supplier inquiries via email and phone
• Supporting continuous improvement of AP processes and procedures

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field
• Experience in accounts payable or finance
• Good knowledge of accounting principles, including GL and VAT
• Accurate, structured, and able to work according to policies, guidelines, and procedures
• Strong communication skills with a commercial and results‑oriented mindset
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus
• Language skills: Dutch and English required; French is a plus
