For a globally recognized innovation environment in nanoelectronics and semiconductor technology, we are looking for a strategic and inspirational VP FAB Engineering.
In this executive leadership role, you will lead a highly advanced semiconductor engineering organization operating across both 200mm and 300mm cleanroom environments.
You will be responsible for an organization of approximately 250 engineers and team leaders and play a key role in driving operational excellence, innovation, reliability and learning speed within one of the world’s most advanced R&D fab environments.

Your impact
• Define and execute strategies to improve fab performance, cycle time, yield and learning speed
• Drive operational excellence across equipment, process and logistics engineering
• Lead large-scale improvement initiatives around reliability, uptime, automation and process control
• Foster a strong safety-first culture throughout the organization
• Inspire, coach and develop high-performing multidisciplinary engineering teams
• Collaborate closely with R&D, operations, EHS and strategic partners
• Contribute to long-term capability, technology and investment planning
Your profile
• Master’s degree in Engineering
• Strong experience within semiconductor manufacturing, high-tech operations or industrial engineering environments
• Proven track record leading large engineering organizations in complex, fast-paced environments
• Strong combination of strategic vision and hands-on operational leadership
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Analytical, improvement-driven mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
