Job Title: Functional Analyst (SAP and ODOO)

Work Location: Melle, Belgium (Hybrid, 2-3 days per week onsite)

Job Description - Roles and Responsibilities

• As a Functional Analyst SAP and Odoo at Client, you will support the digitization and optimization of business processes within a complex and regulated environment. You translate the needs of business departments into scalable and stable solutions within SAP and/or Odoo.
• You will play a key role in the further development of Odoo as a supporting platform for operational and administrative processes.
• As a Functional Analyst SAP and Odoo, you are responsible for translating business needs into efficient solutions. You will form the bridge between the business and the IT/development team and ensure that Odoo is optimally used to support the business processes.
• You position yourself within the COF (Capture and quotation) product team.

Core tasks and responsibilities :

• You have sufficient expertise in SAP R/3 and S/4 (file management).
• You have sufficient affinity or interest in Odoo as a basis for developing cases.
• Analyzing relevant business processes
• Translating user requirements into functional specifications and user stories
• Supporting the implementation and roll-out of new Odoo functionalities, in particular by defining and delivering the necessary SAP data exports needed in Odoo
• Collaborating with SAP and ODOO developers for custom development and integrations
• Testing new releases, features and bug fixes (UAT, regression testing)
• Educating and guiding key users and end users
• Drafting documentation (procedures, manuals, process descriptions)
• Acting as the first point of contact for functional questions and issues
• Monitoring the quality and consistency of the processes within SAP and/or Odoo

Must have Skills

• Experience as a functional analyst
• Experience as a functional analyst in SAP environments
• Experience with Odoo
• Experience with SAP R/3 and SAP S/4HANA

Should have Skills

• Experience and knowledge of Asset management systems
• Experience with a project methodology
• Experience with Jira and Confluence
• Experience in setting up case management systems
• Experience with SAP data analysis, data extractions or data exports to other applications
• Experience with functional change testing
