Our client is looking for an IT Project Manager to work on a long term freelance/contract based 5 days per week onsite in Brussels, Belgium. Implementation of Command-and-Control software and Deployable CIS: Manage and deliver highly complex IT projects in accordance with Project Management Office (PMO) standards and agreed parameters of cost, timescales, and quality to meet identified business needs, acquiring and utilising the necessary resources and skills. Prepare and maintain project and quality plans and tracks activities against the plan, provide regular and accurate reports. Liaise with programme management, external suppliers, and account manager. Manage the change control procedure gaining agreement for revisions to the project from project sponsors. Provide effective leadership for the project team ensuring that team members are motivated and constantly developing their skills and experience.
