What you will do

• Define and implement enterprise-wide IT and cloud governance frameworks
• Establish architecture principles, standards, policies, and operating models
• Lead governance processes for infrastructure and cloud platforms
• Design target operating models for cloud adoption and platform management
• Structure governance around landing zones, cloud services, and usage models
• Build and maintain the cloud transformation roadmap
• Coordinate governance between IT, security, business stakeholders, and suppliers
• Support strategic sourcing activities, RFPs, and supplier governance initiatives
• Produce governance documentation, architecture frameworks, standards, and RACI matrices
• Contribute to architecture boards and governance committees
• Ensure consistency, compliance, and quality across external IT services
• Support the evolution of hybrid infrastructure environments across on-premise and public cloud platforms

What you bring

• 10+ years of experience in infrastructure architecture or enterprise infrastructure governance
• Strong experience with cloud governance in AWS and/or Azure environments
• Proven expertise designing governance models, standards, and operating frameworks
• Experience leading cloud transformation or hybrid infrastructure initiatives
• Solid knowledge of enterprise infrastructure technologies including networking, security, VMware, DNS, DHCP, and routing/switching
• Experience managing IT suppliers, external partners, and governance processes
• Strong understanding of infrastructure security and operational best practices
• Experience producing technical and governance documentation for enterprise environments
• Background in critical infrastructure, utilities, or highly regulated environments is highly valued
• Certifications such as Azure, AWS, VMware, CCNP/CCIE, or security-related certifications are considered a plus
• Fluent French and professional English
• Ability to engage with both technical and executive stakeholders
