Responsibilities Support the Program Manager in stakeholder alignment, planning, and governance activities Prepare and maintain deliverables including Roadmaps, KPIs, Financials, and management reporting Take ownership of specific initiatives within the program Document business vision and business requirements Facilitate governance and coordination processes Align product teams with central IT teams Manage risks, quality assurance, and issue tracking Follow up validation processes and maintain proper documentation Act as liaison between stakeholders and ensure customer satisfaction Coordinate activities within project-driven environments Support Digital Currency and Cash Management transformation initiatives Technical & Business Skills Proven experience as a Business Analyst Experience working in project-driven environments Strong communication skills with IT, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and Business teams Banking industry experience Payments management experience Knowledge of correspondent banking operating models Understanding of international payment ecosystems Knowledge of DLT and Blockchain technologies Understanding of digital currency strategies and products Finance and treasury knowledge Language Skills French – Mandatory English – Excellent written and oral communication skills Dutch – Considered a plus Soft Skills Entrepreneurial mindset Strong analytical and conceptual thinking Negotiation and persuasion skills Structured and organized approach Ability to work independently Problem-solving mindset Attention to detail and quality-focused attitude Goal-oriented approach Adaptability and openness to change Leadership skills
