Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support the Program Manager in stakeholder alignment, planning, and governance activities
• Prepare and maintain deliverables including Roadmaps, KPIs, Financials, and management reporting
• Take ownership of specific initiatives within the program
• Document business vision and business requirements
• Facilitate governance and coordination processes
• Align product teams with central IT teams
• Manage risks, quality assurance, and issue tracking
• Follow up validation processes and maintain proper documentation
• Act as liaison between stakeholders and ensure customer satisfaction
• Coordinate activities within project-driven environments
• Support Digital Currency and Cash Management transformation initiatives

Technical & Business Skills

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst
• Experience working in project-driven environments
• Strong communication skills with IT, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and Business teams
• Banking industry experience
• Payments management experience
• Knowledge of correspondent banking operating models
• Understanding of international payment ecosystems
• Knowledge of DLT and Blockchain technologies
• Understanding of digital currency strategies and products
• Finance and treasury knowledge

Language Skills

• French – Mandatory
• English – Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Dutch – Considered a plus
