Software Engineer

An exciting opportunity has opened up for a Senior Backend Software Engineer to join a collaborative engineering team building scalable and high-performance digital platforms!

The Role

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including Frontend Engineers, Product Managers, and Platform teams to develop and evolve backend systems powering engaging digital experiences. This role combines strong backend engineering expertise with a product-focused and collaborative mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain backend services and engine components.

Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deliver new platform features.

Improve system performance, scalability, stability, and security.

Support integration between backend services and frontend applications.

Contribute to architecture discussions and engineering best practices.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives across development processes.

Tech Stack

• Node.js
• PostgreSQL / MySQL
• MongoDB (nice to have)
• C# / .NET (nice to have)
• AWS (nice to have)
• Domain-Driven Design (DDD)

What We’re Looking For

10+ years of software engineering experience.

5+ years experience with Node.js.

Solid understanding of Domain-Driven Design principles.

Strong knowledge of relational databases.

Ability to work effectively in agile and cross-functional teams.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Professional English communication skills.

Nice to Have

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS.

Knowledge of NoSQL databases.

Exposure to high-traffic or real-time systems.
