Role Description

This role sits at a critical quality gate : you validate that extracted data is accurate, complete, and clinically plausible - and when it isn't, you identify patterns, classify root causes, and feed structured findings back to fix issues at the source.

The person who thrives here finds satisfaction in doing careful, consistent work that protects patients and clients downstream. Over time you'll develop a sharper clinical data instinct, build deeper understanding of our NLP system's behavior and failure modes, and take increasing ownership.

Must-haves

• A structured way of working; You document decisions, follow defined processes, and maintain organized records.
• Clinical data judgemen t; You understand clinical concepts well enough to spot when extracted data is implausible, incomplete, or doesn't match the source.
• Data quality mindset: care about completeness, plausibility, conformance, evidence, and repeatability
• The ability to recognize patterns and root cause classification. You can move from "this case is wrong" to "these 50 cases are wrong in the same way, and the likely cause is X."
• The ability to distinguish what is relevant (target structural issues) and what is not. You can assess which issues are structurally meaningful (and worth escalating) vs. which are edge cases.
• Clear cross-functional communication: you structure and translate information so that other teams can understand the findings and take action.
• You're motivated by LynxCare's purpose: making real-world clinical data usable for better healthcare outcomes.
• Professional command of English
• Reading comprehension for at least 2 out of these languages: Dutch , French , German or Spanish

Nice-to-haves

• Biomedical or life sciences background
• NLP/ML understanding
• Experience with data analytics
• Clinical research experience
• Knowledge of French, German, Spanish, ...
