Role Overview
As EU Recruitment Manager, you will play a key role in sourcing and hiring high-quality consultants for assignments within EU Institutions (European Commission, European Parliament, EU Agencies, etc.). Working in a team with a Business Manager, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment Delivery
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, qualification, interview coordination, and offer closure
- CV formatting aligned with EU formats (DG / EP templates)
- Perform qualification interviews to assess technical fit, experience within EU institutions, and soft skills
- Validate candidate suitability against specific frameworks and requirements
- Coordinate and follow up on client interviews and feedback
- Negotiate day rates in line with internal guidelines
- Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in internal systems
- Track recruitment activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics
Required Expertise
- Source candidates experienced in EU Institutions environments (European Commission, Parliament, Agencies, etc.)
- Ensure strict alignment with EU procurement requirements, frameworks, and CV templates
- Understand and translate EU-specific needs into targeted recruitment strategies
- Identify and engage candidates across multiple European countries using diverse channels (job boards, networks, referrals, direct sourcing)
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of EU-ready consultants across technologies and domains
- Act as a trusted partner to candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain strong relationships with consultants, ensuring engagement and retention
- Provide regular updates and reporting to Business Manager
Profile
- Proven experience in recruitment within EU Institutions
- Strong knowledge of EU ecosystem, processes, and CV standards (European Commission, Parliament, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to manage multi-country sourcing strategies
- Solid experience in candidate assessment, interviewing, and stakeholder coordination
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Autonomous, proactive, and results-driven
- Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (Bachelor’s or Master’s)
- Fluent in English and French
