Newtree Impact is seeking an experienced Investment Manager to strengthen its investment team. By combining scientific precision, deep sector expertise, and a powerful international network, we build and actively manage a portfolio designed to reduce emissions, protect biodiversity, and eliminate waste, while delivering strong financial performance. Since our launch in 2021, we have raised €30 million, completed 24 direct and indirect investments, and gained exposure to over 150 high-potential startups. As Investment Manager, you will play a strategic and firsthand role across the full investment lifecycle: from sourcing and structuring transactions to actively managing portfolio companies through value creation and exit. You will operate at the intersection of finance, technology, sustainability, and strategy, ensuring that each investment aligns with Newtree Impact’s financial, strategic, and impact objectives. You will be part of the Investment Management team, working closely with Investment Analysts and reporting directly to our Founder and CEO. Develop relationships with investment banks, funds, and sector experts. Analysis and due diligence → Lead financial, operational, legal, and Impact due diligence. → Build advanced financial models. → Monitor financial and impact performance. → Support portfolios' exit strategies. Master’s degree in STEM → Complemented by training in Corporate Finance and/or CFA, CAIA, GUBERNA, or an MBA. → Strong financial modelling and transaction expertise. → Fluent in English, French, or Dutch - native with a strong command of the other language.
