As a Senior Functional Analyst at Field Service in Motion , you will play a key role in supporting our clients by driving the analysis of processes, leading requirements definition, and shaping high-impact Field Service solutions on the Salesforce platform. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional looking to make a meaningful impact and lead functional streams within a collaborative and fast-growing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead functional streams in Salesforce Field Service (FSM/FSL) projects across the full lifecycle (analysis, design, testing, deployment, post-go-live).
- Gather and structure business requirements , translate them into functional specifications, and design optimized Field Service processes .
- Contribute to both project delivery and evolutive maintenance (scoping, backlog management, prioritization).
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Solution Architects, and technical teams (Salesforce, SAP, integrations) to ensure aligned and scalable solutions.
- Lead workshops and engage stakeholders to translate business challenges into effective solutions.
- Oversee Salesforce FSM configuration and optimization (including scheduling and parameterization).
- Define and execute testing (SYS, SIT, UAT) , including integrations with ERP, finance, GIS, and other systems.
- Support deployment, change management, and user adoption , ensuring smooth go-live.
- Provide incident management and user support , ensuring operational continuity.
- Act as a trusted advisor , driving continuous improvement and post-go-live optimization.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Functional Analyst within FSM digital transformation projects.
- Experience in Salesforce Field Service (FSL / FSM) implementations ( recommended )
- Experience across end-to-end FSM processes (work order management, scheduling & optimization, mobile workforce, asset/service lifecycle).
- Ability to lead workshops and interact with senior stakeholders (business & IT).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to structure complex problems and translate them into actionable solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and challenge stakeholders.
- Hands-on mindset with a balance between functional expertise and solution-oriented thinking.
- Salesforce FSM certifications is a plus.
- Depending on the assignment, you are either fluent in English or your master both French & Dutch for missions in Belgium
