About the Role

Our client is an international organization operating in the Offshore Construction industry. To support ongoing operations, they are looking for a Supply Chain Officer to join their logistics team. In this role, you will coordinate and administratively manage inbound and outbound goods flows, ensuring efficient and accurate warehouse and supply chain operations.

Your Responsibilities

• Coordinate receiving and shipping activities.
• Monitor transit goods, returns, and stock management processes.
• Handle logistics administration, documentation, and non-conformities.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders regarding deliveries and operational issues.
• Support warehouse organization, process improvements, and compliance procedures.

Ideal Profile

• Must speak Dutch and English
• Experience in logistics or supply chain operations.
• Knowledge of road, air, and sea freight processes.
• Basic understanding of customs regulations; dangerous goods knowledge is a plus.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Service-minded, solution-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems.
• Experience with MAXIMO
