Security and Risk Consultant

I’m currently recruiting for an OT / Product Security Specialist to join a fast-growing scale-up based in Ghent, delivering cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions across industrial and connected product environments. This role offers the opportunity to deepen expertise in the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) and hands-on OT/product security, supporting two brand-new projects with a multinational client. 2+ years’ experience in cybersecurity with a focus on OT / industrial environments Hands-on experience with industrial control systems (ICS), SCADA, or PLC environments Familiarity with OT security standards and frameworks (e.g. Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, engineering, or a related technical field is a plus ️ Fluency in English is required (Dutch is a strong plus) Design and implement OT/product security strategies aligned with business and operational needs ⚠️ Conduct risk assessments across industrial systems and connected products, developing mitigation plans and supporting incident response Lead security awareness initiatives and resilience exercises within OT and product environments Monitor threats, vulnerabilities, and security tooling across OT/IoT landscapes ✅ Support compliance with evolving regulations and advise stakeholders on OT/product security posture
