Communication & Events Manager

Temps plein / basé à Bruxelles, BE On cherche notre nouvel(le) Communication & Events Manager chez BBP. Une personne hands-on, capable de piloter et exécuter des activations de A à Z avec une polyvalence lui permettant de naviguer entre digital marketing, events management et trade marketing. À l’aise autant en créa qu’en production et sur le terrain, tu sais ce qui fonctionne en point de vente comme en événementiel, et tu le transformes en actions concrètes. Tu intégreras l’équipe Communication tout en étant au cœur de la visibilité de la marque, en lien direct avec les équipes sales, nos partenaires et nos événements. Concevoir, produire et assurer le suivi complet des assets POS et du merchandising (displays, activations, matériel bars, t-shirts, etc.) · Organiser et coordonner les évènements externes. Aussi bien notre festival BBP Wanderlust que les évènements et salons B2B sur lesquels nous avons un stand (20km de Bruxelles, Horeca Expo Gand, etc.). · Contribuer à la gestion des réseaux sociaux (création, planning, coordination) et participer à la création et à l’envoi de newsletters Capacité à gérer des projets de A à Z : planification, organisation, suivi budget et deadlines, gestion fournisseurs et analyses post-projet. · Intérêt marqué pour le digital et les réseaux sociaux · Maîtrise de la suite Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator et InDesign) et de Canva. · Une connaissance et appétence pour les secteurs de la bière craft et de l’horeca est un vrai plus. · Le français et l’anglais sont requis. A hands-on person able to lead and execute activations from A to Z and to navigate between digital marketing, event management and trade marketing. Comfortable both in creative work and production, as well as on the field, you know what works in retail and events and turn it into concrete actions. You’ll join the Communication team while being at the heart of the brand’s visibility, working closely with the sales team, our partners and our events. Design, produce and manage POS assets and merchandising end-to-end (displays, activations, bar materials, t-shirts, etc.) · Work closely with the sales team to support field needs and maximise activation impact · Organise and coordinate external events, from our BBP Wanderlust festival to B2B events and trade shows where we exhibit (20km of Brussels, Horeca Expo Ghent, etc.) · Contribute to social media management (content creation, planning, coordination) and support newsletter creation and sending Ability to manage projects from A to Z: planning, organization, budget and deadline follow-up, supplier management and post-project analysis · Strong interest in digital and social media · Excellent interpersonal skills, team spirit and autonomy · Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign) and Canva · Knowledge of and interest in the craft beer and horeca industries is a strong plus · French and English are required.
