HCLTech’s Microsoft Business Applications Practice - (MBAP) is seeking a Microsoft Copilot Studio Developer to join our award-winning and growing team.

Key responsibilities:

• Take leadership of crafting and developing custom applications, workflows, and automation processes using Power Apps, Power Automate etc.
• Develop autonomous Agents using Copilot Studio, with experience of using Copilot Studio previously
• Evaluate potential solutions, refining the backlog and supporting the solution designers with integrating Power into the Finance application landscape.
• Bring automated testing into the PowerApp space to ensure long term sustainability of our applications.
• Collaborate with business analysts and end-users to collect requirements and translate them into functional solutions within Power Platform.
• Integrate Artificial Intelligence into solutions using AI Builder to enhance digitisation.
• Fix and resolve technical issues within the relevant applications.
• Participate in code reviews, documentation

Additional Responsibilities:

• Participate in code reviews, documentation
• To architect| design and develop (through Team) solution for product/project & sustenance delivery
• To support as an Subject Matter Expert
• To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements
• Ensuring a sufficient pool of skilled professionals in the designated technology, through activities such as conducting interviews, providing training sessions and offering mentorship.
• To gather specifications and deliver solutions to the client organization based on understanding of a domain or technology.
• To support competency development with envisioning and articulating propositions â building collaterals/ whitepaper creation, market trend analysis etc.
• To recommend client value creation initiatives and implement industry best practices (on specific technology/product)
