A fast-growing international organisation is looking for an AI Adoption Coach to support the rollout of AI tools and best practices across the business. The role will focus on helping teams integrate AI into their daily workflows, improving productivity, and driving organisation-wide AI adoption.

Responsibilities

• Deliver interactive coaching sessions and workshops on practical AI usage for business teams.
• Support employees in adopting AI tools for productivity, automation, and daily operational tasks.
• Identify impactful AI use cases and help teams translate them into measurable business value.
• Guide users on prompting techniques, AI assistants, and workflow optimisation.
• Develop internal AI resources including playbooks, templates, and training materials.
• Promote responsible AI usage and awareness around data handling and AI-generated outputs.
• Contribute to internal AI engagement initiatives and adoption tracking.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with AI tools and LLM platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or similar technologies.
• Experience delivering training, workshops, or coaching sessions to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to explain AI concepts in a simple and business-focused way.
• Understanding of AI adoption, change management, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering and AI productivity workflows.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English and French (MANDATORY)

Nice to Have

• Experience supporting AI or automation initiatives within large organisations.
• Exposure to knowledge management, process optimisation, or digital workplace tools.
• Interest in emerging AI technologies and practical business applications.
