Senior Product Owner (Intelligent Automation & RPA)

What you will do

• Own and prioritize the product backlog for automation and robotics initiatives
• Lead an Agile squad delivering high-impact RPA solutions across business domains
• Translate business needs into actionable user stories and sprint objectives
• Define and communicate product vision, roadmap, KPIs, and OKRs
• Drive continuous improvement of operational processes through automation
• Collaborate closely with architects, developers, analysts, and business stakeholders
• Facilitate alignment between stakeholders, delivery teams, and leadership
• Support sprint planning, refinements, reviews, and retrospectives
• Ensure delivery quality, consistency, and business value realization
• Identify automation opportunities and contribute to automation roadmap expansion

What you bring

• Experience as Product Owner, Business Analyst, Agile Lead, or similar role in digital transformation environments
• Strong understanding of RPA and automation ecosystems (ideally BluePrism)
• Proven experience working in Agile delivery environments
• Ability to manage stakeholders across business and IT teams
• Experience prioritizing backlogs and driving delivery decisions
• Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel
• Fluent English and professional proficiency in either Dutch or French
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent practical experience
