For our Brussels-based Headquarters, we are currently looking for a:

Graphic Designer & Video Editor

We are seeking a versatile multimedia professional, with strong expertise across digital and social media, graphic design, video production, and photography, to produce high-quality visual content across our communication channels. The ideal candidate can translate ideas into compelling visuals and engaging storytelling.

Tasks:

- Creating visuals for different channels (social media, website, events…) and adapting them in different formats

- Developing visual concepts from a wide range of products, such as: infographics, publications, rollups, posters, backdrops, leaflets, presentations, social media visuals, carousel, web banners, short videos/animations, and event branding design

- Selecting and recommending the appropriate photographs, illustrations, icons, charts or other graphic elements

- Defining the overall look or style of campaigns, projects or/and assets and developing guidelines and templates

- Contributing to the setup and visual execution of EPP events

- Updating of EPP website.

Requirements:

- Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field (or equivalent experience of at least 3 years)

- Proven work experience as a graphic designer and video editor, or in similar roles

- A strong portfolio showcasing a range of graphic design and video editing projects, demonstrating creativity, technical skills, and a variety of styles can be an added advantage

- Being creative, imaginative, and curious

- Knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat, After Effects, Premiere)

- Fluent in English

- Ability to work independently and in a team, under tight deadlines

Assets:

- Experience with WordPress

- Basic photography/video shooting skills

- Familiarity with tools such as Mailchimp or similar platforms

- Interest in European politics or public affairs

Conditions of employment:

- Contract under Belgian law (1-year fixed-term)
