As a Concept Designer / Graphic Designer, you will bridge creative ideas and flawless execution, supporting marketing, sales, and operations to ensure a consistent and professional brand identity across all our food concepts.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and format proposals.
• Develop concept and design initiatives.
• Create marketing materials for operational campaigns, including POS and other visual assets.
• Ensure brand guidelines are applied across all communications.
• Collect and translate customer and market insights into value propositions across all segments.
• Manage and expand the content library (copy + visuals).
• Implement and roll out design concepts with clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers.
• Contribute creative ideas and visual improvements.

Skills You'll Bring

• Degree in Graphic Design or Visual Communication
• Proven experience in layout and graphic design
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Affinity for foodservice or hospitality
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and independent
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Copywriting experience is a plus
• Good command of Dutch, French, and English
