Our Conscious Consumer team invests in entrepreneurial businesses that are reshaping food & agriculture, health & wellness and broader consumption systems across Europe. Not because it’s trendy, but because we believe the shift towards conscious consumption is structural, inevitable and meaningful.

We are now looking for an Investment Analyst who doesn’t just want to analyze deals, but wants to understand systems, support founders and help build companies that matter.

What you will actually be doing

As Investment Analyst, you will work side-by-side with the Conscious Consumer investment team across the entire investment journey, from the very first conversation with founders to supporting portfolio companies after we invest.

Your role will include:

Deal sourcing and deal flow management

• Proactively sourcing new investment opportunities, both direct investments and fund investments, together with the Korys team and our network
• Rigorously managing a pipeline of investment opportunities

Understanding markets

• Mapping value chains, consumer trends, business models and emerging technologies
• Building a strong point of view on where value will be created in conscious consumption

Investment analysis

• Analysing companies in depth: market dynamics, positioning, strategy, financial performance and valuation
• Translating complex insights into clear investment thinking

Deal execution

• Supporting transaction structuring and negotiations
• Preparing investment memoranda and materials for decision-making

Portfolio engagement

• Working hands-on with portfolio companies to help them move forward on strategic, financial or operational topics
• Monitoring financial and operational performance of our portfolio companies

Building relationships

• Engaging with entrepreneurs, co-investors, advisors and ecosystem partners
• Gradually building your own trusted network in the conscious consumer space

This role is probably not for everyone

You will enjoy this role if you:

• Are genuinely fascinated by food, nutrition, health, sustainability and consumer behaviour
• Like switching between analytical depth and entrepreneurial reality
• Want exposure to both private equity and venture-style investing
• Are comfortable with ambiguity and enjoy learning fast
• Get energy from working closely with founder-led businesses

This role may not be the right fit if you:

• Prefer strictly scoped, repetitive finance roles
• Are mainly driven by deal volume or short-term returns
• Are not curious about what happens beyond the spreadsheet

Who we are looking for

• We don’t believe in a single “perfect profile”, but you likely bring most of the following:
• A master’s degree (economics, finance, business administration, engineering or similar)
• 2-4 years of professional experience, ideally in investments, M&A, corporate finance or strategy consulting
• Strong analytical skills, with solid exposure to financial analysis and valuation
• A genuine interest in conscious consumption themes
• An enthusiastic, open and hands-on mindset
• The ability to work autonomously while being a strong team player
• Comfort working in a dynamic, multi-stakeholder environment
• High ethical standards
• Fluency in English, and preferably Dutch and/or French
