Role Overview

Seeking a Support Engineer to provide technical, application, and operational support for the ZetesMedea logistics execution system , ensuring smooth warehouse operations and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide L1/L2 support for ZetesMedea application incidents, requests, and service tickets.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to warehouse execution workflows.
  • Support RF devices, barcode scanners, printers, and middleware integrations.
  • Perform log analysis, root-cause identification, and incident documentation.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, network, and application teams for problem resolution.
  • Manage deployments, patches, configuration updates, and release validation.
  • Ensure uptime, performance stability, and SLA adherence for warehouse systems.
  • Provide user support, training, and operational guidance as needed.

Required Skills

  • Experience with ZetesMedea / logistics execution / WMS systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting & incident resolution skills.
  • Knowledge of SQL, Linux, APIs, and device connectivity.
  • Familiarity with RF handhelds, scanning, and printing systems.
  • Experience in warehouse/logistics environment support.
