Process Analyst/Engineer Invest

We are looking for a Process Analyst/Engineer with strong knowledge of investment products to take end‑to‑end ownership of investor‑related processes in an Agile environment, with a focus on regulatory change and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• End‑to‑end ownership of processes related to investment products and investor profiling (MiFID declarations, investor and sustainability profiles, renewals)
• Process design, analysis and optimisation across the full investment lifecycle
• Definition and review of business processes and flows together with the Product Owner
• Active contribution to solution design, ideation and change management
• Close collaboration with Business, IT and Go‑to‑Market stakeholders
• Participation in Agile ceremonies and coordination with IT development teams
• Reporting on feature progress and delivery at different organisational levels

Profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience as Process Engineer, Business Analyst or similar
• Solid knowledge of investment products and related business processes
• Experience working in Agile / product‑driven environments
• Strong analytical skills and ability to structure and model processes
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English, Dutch and French
• Independent, proactive and solution‑driven
