We are looking for a Technical Lead – Night Shift in Ypres

Are you a technical team player with experience in a production environment and strong leadership skills? Then you are the one we are looking for!

As a Technical Lead, you will manage a team of technical employees during the night shift and ensure that our production continues to run optimally. You combine technical expertise with coaching and coordination.

⚙️ Your responsibilities

✔ Managing and coaching a technical team (±8 people)

✔ Resolving and following up on technical issues and escalations

✔ Setting priorities and distributing technical tasks

✔ Collaborating with other departments to minimize downtime

✔ Actively participating in improvement projects and optimizations

Your profile

✔ Technical Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience

✔ ±5 years of relevant technical experience

✔ Experience with coaching/leadership

✔ Strong analytical and hands-on mindset

✔ Good knowledge of English and basic knowledge of Dutch

✔ Good knowledge of MS Office / Google tools
