Supply Chain Transformation Consultant

For one of our major projects, we are looking for a Supply Chain Transformation Consultant (freelance or permanent employee) to support a major transformation initiative.

This role is ideal for someone who can bridge business and process, facilitate discussions effectively, and support adoption in a complex transformation environment.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in large-scale transformation programs

• Exposure to OMP projects

• Strong understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain processes (planning, forecasting, operations, supply planning, demand planning, S&OP)

Key experience :

Process design
Workshop facilitation
Training delivery
Stakeholder engagement
Ability to connect with broad audiences
Comfortable working across multiple topics in a transformation environment
Fluent in English & French
Consulting experience is strongly preferred.

The role is open to both freelance consultants and permanent employees, with an ASAP start date.
