Supply Planning Intern

1. POSITION SUMMARY

Reporting to the Supply Planning Manager, the Supply Planning Intern will provide operational support to ensure that all activities related to the warehouse transition are executed smoothly and efficiently.

Ideally, we are looking for an intern who can work with us between 1 September - 31 December (4 months).

2. JOB FUNCTIONS

Participate in the transition to a new warehouse at the supply planning level by:

• Defining the daily shipping plan for all outbound goods.
• Creating and managing stock transfer flows in SAP (STO).
• Ensuring closure of all open lines in the previous warehouse and proper transfer of line management to the new site.
• Verifying accurate data processing across SAP ECC and SAP IBP.
• Monitoring inbound deliveries at the new warehouse for direct shipments.
• Supporting master data maintenance throughout the transition period.
• Developing communication tools to enhance coordination between internal teams.

• 3PL warehouse providers in EMEA

4. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or Supply Chain.

5. KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & ABILITIES

You have below knowledge:

• Understanding of the end-to-end Supply Chain,
• Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge,
• Usage of ERP system like SAP or Oracle Apps
• Good written and spoken English
