Ready to shape the future of lending in the financial sector? As Manager Strategy & Transformation – Lending, you combine strategy, process optimisation, digital transformation and leadership to help financial institutions move faster, smarter and more customer-centric. You help banks and financial institutions rethink and redesign their lending activities – from strategy to execution. Analysing and optimising end‑to‑end lending processes (B2C & B2B) with a strong focus on efficiency and customer experience. Shaping and driving transformation initiatives, including digitalisation, automation and data‑driven decision‑making. Leading projects and teams, coaching junior consultants and acting as a trusted advisor for clients. Contributing to the growth of BDO’s lending & financial services offering, including proposal work and client development. You divide your time between client workshops, project delivery, mentoring colleagues and helping to set the strategic direction of our lending practice. You have 5–8 years of relevant experience in banking, consulting or financial services. You’re comfortable working at the intersection of business, data and technology. You communicate clearly and confidently with clients and teams. You speak Dutch or French fluently, have a very good command of the other, and are fluent in English.
