Director, Brand Marketing


To support the Business Operations – Mobility and Innovation - division of a global automotive brand with European HQ in Brussels, we are looking for a dynamic and motivated 'Go-To-Market Manager' with relevant and hands-on experience in network activation. You will be developing, rolling out and governing the business & profitability strategy framework & organisational structure in view of mobility products offering, incl. business expansion plan across Europe. This includes business strategy analysis locally and on-going alignment with pan-E strategy, as well as coordination across entities in Europe. This also includes the support for implementation of new mobility product within the local entities. In addition, a governance & reporting system is to be established to ensure correct implementation and on-going compliance with European guidelines. You are also managing high level internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and securing management expectations. More concretely this means: • Interface with and act as a liaison between Markets, various Regional Functional Departments and Senior Management for approvals, advice, open issues, and general co-ordination. • Country Management: Establish, introduce & continuously evolve the pan-E business strategy framework for Mobility asset-based services/products incl. profitability structure and regular performance analysis and reporting. • In alignment with the strategy, build & evolve the Business Strategy organisation on European level to support roll-out and on-going governance of mobility business across Europe. • In the mid-term help the local markets in establishing an operational organisation to operate mobility business. • In close coordination with the Product & Operations team, support the analysis and evolution of the pan-E product strategy framework to further improve the Business growth. • Monthly review of business performance including analysis of KPI´s and reporting thereof to Regional Management. Involvement and alignment of annual business plan and target setting processes • Communication to existing locations of operational and strategic guidelines and policies established at Regional (or global) level, to ensure clear understanding and implementation by local management. • Assist/guide local entities in seeking approval for mobility products e.g., vehicle subscription, carsharing, from HQ. • Organise activities to share key initiatives and learnings between local entities and the HQ • Resource management of internal and external project resources • Regular reporting to management on status of projects • Identify and implement synergies strategies across countries, including time & cost savings Your profile : Education : Master Degree Experience : - You have minimum 5 years’ experience in business and/or product strategy, with a link to network activation, ideally worked in fleet and/or mobility industry. - You have experience in Business management – projects, budget, reporting etc. - You dispose strong numerical & analytical skills - You have good project management and coordination skills and have experience in managing multiple internal & external stakeholders at all level of the organisation. - You have the ability to communicate effectively across different stakeholders in different entities and achieve consensus - Organized, structured mind and good presentation skills - Good time management – able to work under pressure and dedicated to meet variable deadlines - Can work autonomously - Excellent team player and collaboration skills - Result driven and performance mindset - Motivated and persevering. - You have excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, etc) Language : Fluent in English (corporate language).
