About the Role An international pharmaceutical company is looking for an experienced commercial professional to join its specialty care division, supporting strategic partnerships across hospital and clinical environments. This position focuses on developing long-term collaborations with healthcare institutions and multidisciplinary stakeholders to improve patient access, support treatment pathways, and contribute to sustainable business growth within specialty therapeutics. Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic healthcare accounts through tailored engagement plans and stakeholder collaboration. Develop cross-functional account strategies informed by patient pathway insights and local healthcare system needs. Collaborate closely with internal medical, market access, and commercial teams to deliver locally relevant initiatives. Gather market and customer insights to support regional planning and educational activities. Significant commercial experience within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector, including exposure to specialty products or strategic account management. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and strategic planning capabilities. Proficiency with CRM platforms and standard business software. Experience leading hospital-based initiatives or multidisciplinary account programs.
