Human Resources Business Partner - Belgium & France

In spring 2025, two of the Nordic region’s leading restaurant tech companies – Caspeco () and Trivec () – merged. The ambition is was clear: to create Europe’s most comprehensive and future-proof technology platform for the restaurant industry.

Since they joined forces, Trivec by Caspeco has strengthened its position as a fast-growing Restaurant Tech platform serving more than 6,500 hospitality businesses across the Nordics, France, Belgium, and the Netherlands.

POSITION

Belgium and France are at the heart of the growth story of Trivec by Caspeco. You’ll be the go-to HR partner for their leaders and teams across both markets – driving how they hire, grow, engage, and retain amazing people.

You’ll also play a key role in building their global People Excellence function and shaping a unified, collaborative company culture throughout the rest of the organization as well.

This is not a “maintain the status quo” job. This is a build, improve, innovate, transform job. It is a unique opportunity to shape how we develop and harmonize ways of working across countries, leaving your own mark on the organization as it grows and evolves.

This is one of the first HR roles at Caspeco where AI is a core tool, not an afterthought.

Responsibilities:

• Be the trusted HR partner for all leaders and teams in Belgium and France
• Coach managers, support teams, and help unlock performance and growth
• Lead day-tot day HR operations with high autonomy and strong ownership
• Drive onboarding, employee lifecycle improvements, and local compliance
• Be a catalyst for cultural integration and organizational development
• Co-create global frameworks, processes, and tools together with the other people in the team at the group headquarters in Uppsala, Sweden.
• Drive modernization: digital HR, L&D, leadership programs, employer branding, …
• Co-own the HRM system (Hailey) and help build scalable workflows
• Join international HR projects that impact the whole company and drive “one company” integration across markets

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor or Master degree
• 6-8+ years of progressive HR experience, including HRBP roles
• Profound knowledge of Belgian labor law and understand French labor law
• Have supported leaders across borders (bonus if in tech or scale-ups)
• Fluency in Dutch, English and French
• You are data-savvy, curious, and comfortable challenging the status quo.
