Your role:

• Gather, analyse and challenge business requirements within the Credit Risk domain
• Translate business needs into clear functional analyses and specifications
• Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams and project teams
• Support regulatory initiatives linked to Credit Risk and reporting
• Contribute to process improvements and functional solution design
• Follow up implementation and testing activities
• Ensure alignment between business requirements and regulatory expectations

Your background:

• 3–7 years of experience as Functional Analyst / Business Analyst
• Experience within banking or financial services
• Strong exposure to Credit Risk
• Knowledge of or experience with regulatory topics such as: BCBS239, Solvency / Capital requirements, Risk / regulatory reporting
• Comfortable interacting with both business and technical stakeholders
• Strong analytical mindset and clear documentation skills
