The role

This is a full-time, on-site role for an associate corporate lawyer at our Brussels office. You will work closely with experienced partners and associates, supporting clients in:

• Assisting in corporate transactions, mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings.
• Providing advice on Belgian and European corporate governance rules and compliance.
• Drafting legal opinions, contracts, and corporate documents (e.g., incorporation agreements, shareholder agreements).
• Representing clients in negotiations and, where applicable, legal proceedings.

As a member of the team, you’ll gain hands-on experience in a wide range of corporate matters, with a focus on delivering practical, business-oriented solutions. International and EU law perspectives will often come into play given our diverse clientele.

What we’re looking for ?

• A lawyer with minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• An additional master's degree is an asset
• Trilingual: English, Dutch and French
• Motivated with strong legal analysis skills, disciplined, intellectual curiosity, entrepreneurial mindset, (self)critical and have a group spirit
